Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason (e.g., stock errors or shipping restrictions).

Shipping: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Fulfillment & Third-Party Merchandise

Seller of Record: We are the seller of record for all purchases made on this Site.

Fulfillment: You acknowledge that our products (Wall Art, Mugs, and Ornaments) are custom-made and fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners.

Returns & Refunds: Because all items are custom-printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please email bofije@hotmail.com within 7 days with a photo of the item and the packaging. We may coordinate with our fulfillment partners to arrange a replacement or refund.

Liability Disclaimer: While we manage the order process, we do not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the manufacturing services offered by these third-party partners beyond the replacement of damaged goods.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

10. Returns & Change of Mind Policy

A. Wall Art, Mugs, Ornaments

Because these items are custom-printed specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "Change of Mind." This includes errors in choosing size, color, design, or if you no longer want the item. Once an order is sent to production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

B. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a significant printing error, we may provide a replacement.Please email bofije@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging.

C. Exclusions

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Items damaged due to failure to follow our Safety and Care Guide.
Items where the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Slight color variations (as screen colors may vary slightly from physical prints).

Note: Please check the size guides carefully before ordering, as we do not offer returns for sizing errors.
